RESERVATION & BOOKING TERMS
1. Quotation & Reservation Confirmation
When you submit a request via any Tour Page, Vehicle Page, or our Custom Tour Builder, our system immediately logs your inquiry and dispatches an automated confirmation email. Within 12–24 hours, a dedicated AWELANKA Tours Travel Specialist will send your finalized itemized quotation. A booking is formally locked in once the 30% confirmation deposit is received and you are issued an official AWELANKA Booking Voucher.
2. Transparent Transport Pricing Formula
All chauffeur-driven transport pricing is calculated transparently with zero hidden surcharges using our formula: Vehicle Official Daily Rate × Tour Duration in Days.
3. Hotel Check-In, Upgrades & Peak Season Supplements
Standard international hotel check-in in Sri Lanka is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 Noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability. Peak season supplements (December 20 – January 10, Kandy Esala Perahera in August) are clearly itemized in your quotation prior to deposit payment.
4. Itinerary Amendments & Date Changes
We gladly accommodate date adjustments or route modifications requested at least 21 days before arrival at zero administrative fee, subject to partner hotel availability.
