AWELANKA Tours collects personal information (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, travel dates, and itinerary preferences) strictly to prepare travel quotations, manage bookings, and coordinate chauffeur services. Card payments are processed via secure gateway-hosted fields and raw card details are never stored on our servers.
2. TERMS & CONDITIONS
All tours operated by AWELANKA Tours include private chauffeur-driven transport according to the confirmed itinerary and vehicle category. Every signature tour includes 2 dedicated relaxation days within the stated duration.
3. BOOKING TERMS
Bookings progress from New Inquiry to Quotation Sent, Awaiting Deposit, Confirmed, and Completed. A booking is formally confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit and written confirmation from AWELANKA Tours.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for deposit refunds less any non-refundable third-party hotel or permit fees. Date modifications are supported subject to vehicle and hotel availability.
5. PAYMENT POLICY
Primary billing currency is Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) with multi-currency quotation support in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD, and INR. Secure online deposits, balance payments, and full payments are verified via server-side gateway confirmation.
7. TRAVEL DISCLAIMER
Travel durations between Sri Lankan destinations depend on weather, road conditions, and local traffic. Wildlife sightings in national parks such as Yala, Udawalawe, and Minneriya occur in natural habitats and cannot be artificially guaranteed.
