CANCELLATION & REFUND SCHEDULE
We understand that international travel plans can change unexpectedly. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to awelanka@gmail.com. Refunds are calculated according to the notice period prior to your scheduled arrival date in Sri Lanka:
100% REFUND
Full refund of your deposit (less any actual bank/card processing charges or non-refundable train/safari permits already issued).
75% REFUND
75% refund of total tour value, or 100% Free Credit Transfer to any future travel dates within 18 months.
50% REFUND
50% refund of total tour value due to committed hotel and chauffeur allocations.
NON-REFUNDABLE
We will provide official cancellation invoices to support your travel insurance reimbursement claim.
Refund Processing Timeline & Free Date Postponement
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Wire). Alternatively, guests may choose to convert 100% of their paid deposit into a transferable AWELANKA Travel Credit Note valid for 18 months with zero penalty.
