PAYMENT SCHEDULE
OFFICIAL PAYMENT & CURRENCY POLICY
1. Deposit & Balance Settlement Structure
- 30% Confirmation Deposit: Required upon approving your customized quotation to lock in your private chauffeur vehicle, hotels, and safari reservations.
- 70% Balance Payment: Can be settled either 14 days prior to arrival via online payment link/bank transfer, or upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) directly in LKR, USD, EUR, or GBP prior to tour commencement.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Online Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express processed via Central Bank of Sri Lanka approved IPG / PayHere 3D-Secure payment links.
- International Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT): Direct corporate settlement to our Sri Lankan commercial bank account.
- Cash on Arrival: Accepted for balance transport payments upon airport pickup (official stamped receipt issued immediately).
3. Official Base Currency (LKR) & Multi-Currency Conversions
All vehicle daily rates are anchored in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) as the single source of truth. Quotations issued in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD, or INR use the prevailing Central Bank of Sri Lanka exchange rate on the date of quotation issuance.
